In July 2013, the U.S. Treasury announced that a significant part of the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, would be delayed until 2015. Until 2015, employers won't be penalized if they don't provide affordable health insurance for their employees.

A Kaiser Family Foundation poll in April 2013 found that more than 40 percent of Americans surveyed didn't even know that the Affordable Care Act was officially the law of the land.
