Understanding the Obamacare delays (Infographic)

In July 2013, the U.S. Treasury announced that a significant part of the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, would be delayed until 2015. Until 2015, employers won't be penalized if they don't provide affordable health insurance for their employees.
