Brockton has the highest full-coverage average of the 16 Massachusetts cities with an InsuranceQuotes guide, about $296 a month for our benchmark driver, about $114 a month more than the Massachusetts average. It’s also the most expensive place we price outside Suffolk County, which takes in Boston, Chelsea, Revere and Winthrop.
